Warranty & Policies

Every repair performed by LV Watch Repair is backed by our comprehensive warranty. We stand behind our craftsmanship and the parts we use.

• Battery Replacement: 12-month warranty on the battery and installation.
• Band & Strap Replacement: 6-month warranty on workmanship; manufacturer warranty on the band itself.
• Crystal Replacement: 12-month warranty on the crystal and seal integrity.
• Complete Overhaul: 24-month warranty covering parts and labor.
• Watch Polishing: Satisfaction guarantee — if you're not happy, we'll re-polish at no charge within 30 days.
• Water Resistance Testing: 12-month warranty on gasket replacement and pressure seal.

Warranty is void if the watch is opened, serviced, or damaged by a third party after our repair. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage from use, and damage caused by accidents or misuse are not covered.

Estimates & Approval

We provide a free diagnostic evaluation for every watch. Once we assess the issue, we'll contact you with a detailed estimate before any work begins. No repairs are performed without your explicit approval.

Turnaround Times

• Battery replacement: Same day (most watches)
• Band sizing & replacement: Same day to 1 business day
• Crystal replacement: 1–3 business days
• Complete overhaul: 5–10 business days depending on parts availability

Payment

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion and pick-up of your watch.

Unclaimed Watches

Watches not picked up within 90 days of repair completion, after reasonable attempts to contact the owner, will be considered abandoned per Nevada state law (NRS 108.400–108.520).

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: your name, contact information, and watch details. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Our website may use cookies for basic analytics (e.g., page views, traffic sources). No personally identifiable information is tracked through cookies.

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• You are the rightful owner (or authorized representative) of any watch submitted for repair.
• LV Watch Repair is not liable for pre-existing conditions not identified during the initial diagnostic.
• While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for damage caused by inherent defects in the watch's construction or materials.
• Our maximum liability for any claim related to a repair shall not exceed the total amount paid for that repair.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
