How long does watch repair take?
Battery replacement: 10-15 minutes. Band sizing: 15-30 minutes. Crystal replacement: Same day to 3 days. Overhauls: 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes! Battery replacement includes 1-year warranty. Crystal and band work include 6-12 month warranties. Overhauls include 1-2 year warranties depending on service level.
What brands do you service?
We service all major brands including Rolex, Omega, Seiko, Citizen, Movado, Invicta, Rado, and many others. Our technicians are trained on luxury and everyday timepieces.
Do you test water resistance?
Yes, we provide water resistance testing and can reseal watches when gaskets need replacement. This is especially important after battery or crystal replacement.
How much do repairs cost?
Battery replacement starts at $15. Band sizing from $20. Crystal replacement $50-150+. We provide free estimates and transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes! Battery replacement, simple band sizing, and some crystal work can often be completed same-day. Walk-ins welcome, but appointments get priority.

We serve the entire Las Vegas Valley including Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Green Valley, Spring Valley, Enterprise, and The Strip. Contact us for our current location and hours.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for quick services like battery replacement and band sizing. For overhauls and complex repairs, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure priority service.
Can you service vintage or antique watches?
Yes, our technicians have experience with vintage and antique timepieces. We take extra care with older movements and source appropriate parts to maintain authenticity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service.
